Mens Sheds

Hi everyone,
I visited a dealer friend of mine last night and he was working in his shed [which I had never been in before.] and I was reminded of how much we all collect in the trade.
Some times things come along and you just want to hang on to them for a while [ or forever as the case may be] so here's a snap shot of one very cool guy.

Vintage Caravan Love

Hi Everyone,
My friend Tom stayed in the van last night and it got me thinking I haven't done a van update in a while. Not that I've done anymore Reno's on her, but as I'm in the trade  I pick up things that are just perfect for the "She Shed".{saw that in Saturdays Age just loved it} Could that be her name? I still haven't named her and I'm open for suggestions.

Septembre Vintage

Hi everyone,
as you all may have guessed I love everything french and vintage.

Septembre has both of these elements and much more,the mechanising is perfection ,and like me she makes stuff.

I love the red industrial look

And I particularly love these old records cut into beautiful shapes.

Making some stall changes

Hi everyone,over the last week or so I have been

flat out making some changes to my stalls in Dromana.

I'm really happy with the changes but not everyone is !

So I've decided to move my stalls to the Glen Waverley ,Second hand heaven and the Vintage shed to save myself from grief and to concentrate more on perfecting those centres.
 I will however be trading at Dromana for the next month. 
This will make the other centers better and brighter.
Please watch this space for photos and new and exciting stuff that I'm making and finding.

Australia Day

Hi Everyone,Grace in the flag

what a perfect model !

                                          Happy Australia day !
I guess I like today because  its not only Australia's birthday but mine also.
As I'm getting a step closer to the big 50  there's good and bad;
 Bad being  my body falling apart !
 Good being older and hopefully wiser !
 I hope every one has  a happy Australia day and a good weekend.

Lace umbrella

Hi everyone,   I seem to be really into lace at the moment and seem to be covering everything in lace.

Pillows ,clothes and now umbrellas

I now have two racks of these lacy lovelies at the vintage emporium in Tyabb

Everybody seems to like them ,which is good but may be on some level this is getting in touch with my feminine side again.

But its definitely playing havoc on my lace stash.

Mixed Bag

Hi everyone, Its been another flat out weekmade some changes at glen Waverley.

did a bit of sewing (more pictures to come)

Got the lovely Ingrid to try on some vintage. and spent time with Miss grace on her speech therapy.And of course lots of  shopping ,repairing and general house hold duties.
